To assist us in investigating the speed of your service, please visit http://speedtest.hellobroadband.com.au and send a screenshot of the results to support@hellobroadband.com.au as well as the device and type of connection the device has to the internet. (ie Wired or Wireless)
We recommend that the test occurs on a PC that is connected directly to your modem to give the most accurate results.
