For Fibre to the Node and HFC or Cable NBN access methods please ensure that you configure your modem with the following settings;
- ensure that you configure your connection or authentication type as PPPOE
- Enable VLAN tagging or custom VLAN ID, and set the VLAN tag or ID to 100.
- You will need to configure your Hello Broadband service access credentials on your ce, these will be the CHAP Username and CHAP Password details provided to you in your service completion advice.
For Fibre to the Node NBN services connect your phone line to the VDSL or DSL port of your modem.
For HFC or Cable NBN services connect an ethernet cable to the ethernet WAN port of your modem or router and Network Termination ce Data port installed by NBN Co.”
